Shipping & Returns

Here are general information to help your purchases at our online shopping mall.

IR Robot USA always has sufficient stock of all products and completes shipment within 3 days.
Even if there is occasionally a shortage of stock compared to the order quantity, we work with the headquarters in Korea to make the fastest delivery possible (approx. 7 working days).
In case that additional production is required due to the larger order quantity than our actual stock, delivery may be prolonged for production. And in this case, we will inform you of the fastest possible delivery date by email.
Depending on the customer's request, if IR Robot USA does not have stock at customer request but delivery is urgent, we can ship directly to customer from our headquarters in Korea. All import related matters (customs clearance and import taxes) will be handled by IR Robot USA. If necessory, please contact us at irsales@mightyzap.com.

Credit card & Paypal payment are basic payment methods when order.
In case customer prefers bank transfer, please inquire to info@mightyzapusa.com.

For unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice for refund.
Please understand that 15% of restocking fee to be charged for returned items to inspect / repack them.
If customer believes that the product has a manufacturing defect, customer may decide to replace or refund the product after we inspect the returned product.
Please make sure that returned items are shipped prepaid with all related fee (shipping cost, duty, brokerage charge, etc) paid by sender.
Contact us at cs@mightyzap.com before returning the goods to get a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Returned items without RMA number to be rejected.
